Working for Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren for 10 years in New York City as a tailored clothing brand ambassador, and more recently on Savile Row in London soaking up everything bespoke and

Working for Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren for 10 years in New York City as a tailored clothing brand ambassador, and more recently on Savile Row in London soaking up everything bespoke and made-to-measure, I also saw that ordinary gentlemen like myself who wouldn’t think necessarily of custom clothing, would indeed like the opportunity to create their own stylish wardrobe, with perhaps some guidance and expertise…..from J & E.

At J & E, we believe in working closely with our clients to ensure that every garment is tailored to their exact specifications. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, we strive to provide a personalised experience that exceeds your expectations.

- 50% deposit required
- 1st fitting in 6-8 weeks
- subsequent fittings if necessary

The Rules....
- Refunds – If you change your mind after you’ve paid your deposit we’ll gladly refund it to you in full (less up to 5% depending on your method of payment) if you notify us within 2 business days of your consultation.
- Once production starts, we are unable to offer refunds, as this is a custom order.
- We accept direct bank transfer or conta

- We accept direct bank transfer or contactless as payment.
- As part of the fitting process, we will alter or remake any garment that requires it, as many times as required to achieve a satisfactory fit.
- We will work to a 6-8 week to 1st fitting deadline, but cannot guarantee that, as some factors affecting timeline are beyond our control.
- Alterations required after you take possession would be your responsibility, unless they are a result of our workmanship.
- Payment of the deposit is your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- BOTTOM LINE – we want you to be 100% satisfied with no reservations at any time during the whole process. You’ll find we are pretty reasonable in handling any issue that may arise.
- PRIVACY – we only collect your email address on this site if you opt-in, and use it only as a means of contacting you in the manner you subscribed for. We do not share your email address with anybody, or use it for any other purpose.
